Wedding QR code generator

Paste your wedding website link and download a high-resolution QR code for save-the-dates, invitation inserts, welcome bags, or a sign at the door. Generated in your browser: the link is never sent anywhere or tracked.

Size

Your QR code will appear here as soon as you paste a link.

How to use it

  1. 01

Paste the full link to your wedding website, including https://.

  2. 02

Pick a size. Use 1200px for anything printed on a card and 2000px for signage or a welcome board.

  3. 03

Download the PNG and drop it into your stationery file: QR codes stay sharp at any scale as long as the source is large.

  4. 04

Print it at 1 inch square or larger, keep the white border, and leave good contrast against the paper.

  5. 05

Scan it yourself with two different phones before you send anything to the printer.

Questions couples ask

How do I make a QR code for my wedding website?
Paste your wedding website link into the field above and download the PNG. Anything that works as a web address works as a QR code: your website, an RSVP page, a photo album, or a playlist request form.
How big should a wedding QR code be printed?
At least 1 inch (2.5cm) square on a card, and 4 inches or more on signage people scan from a distance. Keep the white margin around it: cropping tight is the most common reason a code will not scan.
Do wedding QR codes expire?
The code itself never expires; it is just a printed link. It stops working only if the page it points to disappears, which is why it is worth pointing it at a stable address rather than a temporary one.
Can guests scan a QR code without an app?
Yes. Every iPhone and Android camera has scanned QR codes natively for years: guests point the camera and tap the banner that appears.
Is this QR code free to use commercially?
Yes. There is no watermark, no scan limit, and no redirect through our servers: the code encodes your link directly, so nobody can track or disable it.

Every Simplyweds wedding comes with its own QR code

It opens each household's private invitation, RSVP, travel details, and day-of updates, and it keeps working after you change the details behind it.
