Online RSVP

Online wedding RSVPs that produce a real headcount

An open RSVP form gives you a spreadsheet of guesses. Simplyweds asks each household to confirm the exact names you invited, and collects a dietary and access note beside each person who is coming, so the number you give your caterer is the number who arrive.

What a household RSVP collects

Named seats, confirmed one by one

Guests see the people you invited and answer for each. No mystery plus-one appears in your count on the Thursday before the wedding.

Dietary and access notes, per guest

A free-text note beside each attending name, so an allergy or a step-free seat arrives with the reply rather than in a separate email a month later.

Shuttle demand, before you book coaches

Households choose their pickup window on the travel page. You see who wants which route while there is still time to change the booking.

Reminders that only chase non-repliers

Automatic emails at 30, 14, 7, and 2 days out, sent only to households that have not replied. Texts use approved message templates and reach the guests who opted in themselves.

Export at any point

Attendance per named guest, dietary and access notes, reply timestamps, and who last edited each answer, as a CSV for the venue.

Private to each household

Guests open their own invitation link, enter their invitation code, or confirm a phone or email before they see their household's names or reply, and they can only ever see their own.

Questions couples ask

How do online wedding RSVPs work?
Guests open your wedding website, prove which household is theirs with the link in their invitation, their invitation code, or a one-time code sent to a phone or email you have on file, and answer for each named guest. Their replies land in your guest list immediately, with any dietary or access notes attached.
When should the RSVP deadline be?
Four to six weeks before the wedding, and set it to a date your caterer and venue can actually use rather than the earliest one you can get away with.
How do I stop uninvited plus ones?
Do not use an open form. When guests reply against a household you defined, they can only answer for the seats you reserved, which removes the conversation entirely.
What if a guest has no email or phone?
You can record their reply for them from the admin, and it appears alongside every other response in your counts and exports.
Can guests change their answer?
Yes, until you close the RSVP. Changes are timestamped, so you can see what moved after you sent numbers to the venue.
